This Spirited Dinner is an evening devoted to the latter.
Copper Shaker and Redbreast invite you to experience Ireland through two of its most enduring pleasures: the table and the glass.
Across five courses, our culinary and bar teams have created a menu inspired by the flavors of Ireland and designed around the character of Redbreast Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey. Each course is accompanied by a thoughtfully composed cocktail, allowing different expressions of Redbreast—from PX and Kentucky Oak to the iconic 12 and 15 Year—to reveal themselves in a new way as the evening unfolds.
But this evening is about more than what is placed on the table.
